Effect of Baduanjin stage I Cardiac Rehabilitation Intervention in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after Coronary Stent Intervention
Objective:To study the effect of Baduanjin stage I cardiac rehabilitation intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction after coronary stent intervention. Methods:A total of 92 patients underwent coronary stent implantation in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected, and were divided into the control group and the research group according to the random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine cardiac rehabilitation nursing, and the research group received Baduanjin I cardiac rehabilitation inter-vention.Cardiac function and quality of life were compared between the two groups on the next day after surgery and at 2 weeks after intervention. Results:On the next day after surgery, there was no significant difference in cardiac function indexes such as left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-systolic diameter, and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter between the two groups(P>0.05).At 2 weeks after intervention, left ventricular ejection fraction was increased in both groups(P<0.05),which was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05),the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter decreased in both groups(P<0.05),which was lower in than in the control group(P<0.05).On the next day after surgery, there was no significant difference in APQLO scores and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 2 weeks after intervention,APQLO scores of all dimensions and to-tal scores in both groups were improved(P<0.05),which was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baduanjin stage I cardiac rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction after coronary stent intervention and improve their quality of life.
