Effect of"One Nurse,One Patient"Nursing Mode in Emergency Hemodialysis for Patients with Severe Arrhythmias Caused by Hyperkalemia
Objective:To analyze the effect of"one nurse, one patient"nursing mode in emergency hemodial-ysis for patients with severe arrhythmias caused by hyperkalemia. Methods:A total of 60 patients with severe arrhyth-mias caused by hyperkalemia treated in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected, and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group received"one nurse, one patient"nursing mode, while the control group received routine nursing.Indicators such as serum potassium levels, electrical activity, anxiety, and depression were analyzed and compared. Results:Before intervention, there was no significant difference in serum potassium levels and voltage activity between the two groups(p>0.05).After interven-tion,serum potassium levels and voltage activity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).Before intervention, there was no differences in anxiety and depression between the two groups(p>0.05).After intervention, anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).Con-clusion:In addition to emergency hemodialysis for patients with severe arhythmia caused by hyperkalemia, the nursig mode of"one nurse, one patient"can effectively alleviate hyperkalemia and arrhythmias,as well as relieve anxiety and depression, demonstrating high clinical value.
