Application of Risk Assessment Strategy Nursing in Patients Undergoing Coronary Stent Implantation
Objective:To study the effect of risk assessment strategy nursing in patients undergoing coronary stent implantation. Methods:A total of 88 patients undergoing coronary stent implantation in our hospital from December 2019 to January 2023 were selected, and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received risk assessment strategy nursing. The psychological state on the next day after admission and the day before discharge, along with pain levels at 24 h and 72 h after operation, and the incidence of perioperative complications were observed. Results:On the next day after ad-mission,there was no significant difference in the scores of all dimensions and total scores of the hospital anxiety and de-pression scale(HADS)between the two groups(P>0.05).On the day before discharge,HADS scores on all dimensions and total scores decreased in both groups(P<0.05).The HADS scores of the study group was(12.20±2.61)for anxiety dimen-sion and(12.15±2.48)for depression dimension with a total score of(24.35±3.45),which were lower than those of the con-trol group(13.49±2.58),(13.48±2.60),and(26.97±4.12),respectively(P<0.05).At 24 h after operation, there was no sig-nificant difference in the 6-point behavioral rating scale(BRS-6)between the two groups(P>0.05).At 72 h after opera-tion,BRS-6 scores decreased in both groups(P<0.05),the BRS-6 score of the study group was(2.10±0.69),which was lower than that of the control group(2.46±0.71)(P<0.05).There were no perioperative complications such as bleeding and thromboembolism in the study group, while the incidence was 13.64%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk assessment strategy nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients undergoing coronary stent implan-tation,reduce postoperative pain, and lower the risk of perioperative complications.
