Application of Interaction Standard Theory Nursing in Hemodialysis Patients with Secondary Hyperparathyroidism
Objective:To study the effect of interaction standard theory nursing in hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism. Methods:A total of 82 hemodialysispatients with secondary hyperparathyroidism in our hospital from November 2019 to January 2023 were selected, and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received standard nursing, while the study group received interaction standard theory nursing. The disease coping strategies and related laboratory indicators before and after intervention were compared in both groups. Results:Before intervention, there was no statistical significance in the factor scores of MCMQ between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the scores of MCMQ and yield factor in MCMQ scale decreased in both groups(P<0.05),while the scores of MCMQ decreased significantly in the study group(P<0.05),and positive facing scores were improved(P<0.05),with a significant improvement in the study group(P>0.05).After intervention, the levels of serum calcium, phosphorus and parathyroid hormone in the study group improved better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interaction standard theory nursing can effectively enhance the active coping strategies of hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism and improve related laboratory indicators.
