Effect of Detailed Nursing Intervention on Hemodialysis Patients with End-stage Diabetic Nephropathy
Objective:To explore the effect of detailed nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 78 patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2022 were selected,and were divided into the reference group and the study group according to the method of drawing lots,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group received traditional nursing intervention,and the study group received detailed nursing intervention.The nursing satisfac-tion,complications,quality of life score(KDQOL-SFTM 1.3 scale,SF-36),blood glucose level and negative emo-tional indicators were analyzed and compared.Results:Compared with the indicators of nursing satisfaction in the study group,the nursing satisfaction in the reference group was lower(P<0.05);The incidence of complications such as infection,hypoglycemia,hypotension and hypertension in the study group was lower than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05);There was no difference in the scores of KDQOL-SFTM 1.3 and SF-36 before intervention between the study group and the reference group(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of KDQOL-SFTM 1.3 and SF-36 in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);Taking blood glucose level as comparison index,there was no difference between the study group and the reference group before intervention(P>0.05),and the study group was lower than the reference group after intervention(P<0.05);There was no difference in negative emotional indicator before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of negative emotion in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy,and simultaneously implemerding detailed nursing intervention can re-duce the pain caused by hemodialysis,help maintain normal blood glucose levels,improve negative emotions,and pro-vide high satisfaction with treatment and nursing services.
