On the Fulfillment of Regional Spatial Justice——An Analytical Perspective Based on Inclusive Intergovernmental Relationships
There are many problems of injustice in resource allocation, public goods supply, and urban rights among re-gions.These problems are caused by the logic of capital-power-value,which leads to a unitary regional growth models, negative sum games between regions, regional space barriers, resource deprivation, and the risk of spatial justice deviation in regional values.Under the context of regional coordinated growth strategy, how can we resolve the risks and seek region-al spatial justice? The key lies in establishing a diversified spatial coordination mechanism to promote the"overlapping con-sensus"among various government entities within the region, improving the coordination system to ensure the effective im-plementation of spatial planning and resource redistribution policies, and building a diversified collaborative spatial carrier to promote the sharing of interests within the region. This requires an inclusive intergovernmental relationship that converges on goals, coordinates actions, and shares benefits.
