Promoting Mechanism of Junior High School Students'Core Competencies in Physical Education and Health Based on SOR Model
A total of 1060 middle school students were investigated by questionnaire,and the relationships among family sports envi-ronment,teacher-student relationship,community sports service satisfaction,sports cognition,family sports homework behavior and core competencies in physical education and health were investigated.The results show that:(1)There is a significant positive correlation among family sports environment,teacher-student relationship,community sports service satisfaction,sports cognition,family sports homework behavior,and Core Competencies in Physical Education and Health(r=0.192-0.749,P<0.001);(2)Sports cognition plays a significant mediating role among family sports environment,teacher-student relationship,community sports service satisfaction and core competencies in physical education and health,and the effect values are 0.147,0.078 and 0.088 respectively,accounting for 19.76%,10.48%and 11.83%of the total effect.(3)Family sports homework behavior has a signifi-cant positive moderating effect on family sports environment,teacher-student relationship,community sports service satisfaction and sports cognition(β=0.081,P<0.001;β= 0.068,P<0.05;β= 0.044,P<0.05),and the moderating effect is not significant between family sports environment,teacher-student relationship,community sports service satisfaction and core competencies in physical education and health,as well as between sports cognition and core competencies in physical education and health.The paper proposes to establish the"family-school-community"co-education mode to improve the core competencies in physical education and health by implementing the"frequent practice"of family physical education,optimizing the teaching of school physical education and establishing the regular competitions of community physical education.
