Cognition and Practice:Survey on Social Forces Undertaking Government-Purchased After-School Physical Education Services under Background of"Double Reduction"
The government's purchase of after-school PE services from social forces is an important way to implement the"Double Reduction"policy and improve students'physical health.The study finds that social forces are generally concerned about the govern-ment's purchase of after-school PE services,and that there are some differences in the attitudes of social forces with different unit nature,business scope and organization type towards undertaking the government's purchase of after-school PE services.The types of social forces that undertake government-purchased after-school sports services are diverse,and the content of government-pur-chased after-school sports services mainly focuses on basketball,soccer,and table tennis.The main forms in which social forces un-dertake government-purchased after-school sports services are sports training,organizing competitions and quality development.With the support of the"Double Reduction"policy,the paper proposes to strengthen the policy guidance,improve the governance system,focus on guidance and training,increase supervision,strengthen resource protection,and explore the governance system for social forces to undertake after-school sports services.
