Logic,Constraints and Optimization Path of Digital Governance in Boosting Development of Public Sports Service
Using the methods of literature review and logic analysis,the paper analyzes the target logic of digital governance to boost the development of public sports service from three aspects of national policy,social development and sports reform.The technology logic is discussed from three perspectives of technology enabling government,technology empowering the public and technology ena-bling the public health.The paper discuss the constraints on the road of digital governance to boost the development of public sports services from the five aspects of laws and regulations,cognitive concepts,resource distribution,talent training and interest game.The following optimization paths are proposed to address the problem from four perspectives:transforming the development concept and safeguarding humanistic values;resolving the contradiction between supply and demand and balancing the supply side and the de-mand side;actively promoting multi-dimensional synergistic governance and rationally coordinating the relationship between interests and strengthening the construction of the digital rule of law and improving the mechanism of monitoring and evaluation.
