Development and Governance of After-school Physical Education Services in Primary and Secondary Schools
The development of after-school sports services is of great significance to the implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy,the overall requirements of"moral education and student-oriented"and the promotion of students'physical and mental health and growth.The development of after-school sports services should focus on the"service position"to enhance the ability to provide educational services,focus on the"service link"to create a comprehensive unit of"home,school and society"to reduce the burden of students,focus on the"service environment"to reshape the ecology of healthy education,focus on"service mode"to promote the pi-lot application,and focus on"service supervision"to adhere to the strict governance.At present,the after-school sports service has the following problems as the insufficiency in the main resource allocation,the absence of home-school-society linkage mechanism,weak health awareness,the monotony of service content and the incomplete service supervision system.The paper proposes to ex-plore the allocation of multiple main bodies to enhance the supply capacity of the main body,improve the family-school-society link-age mechanism and actively integrate resources from all walks of life,implement the purpose of"educating people"and enhance the health awareness,enhance the innovation capacity of service and enrich the service content,and perfect the service supervision mech-anism and optimize the service environment.
