Youth Sports Training Industry Development under"Double Reduction"Policy-Based on Dual-Drive Perspective of Supply-Side and Demand-Side
Supply-side reform and demand-side management are two basic means of promoting high-quality development,the paper constructs the supply and demand dual-drive analysis framework and uses the methods of statistical analysis,case analysis,and field investigation to explore the supply and demand coordinated development strategies of youth sports training industry under the new situation of"double reduction".In terms of development difficulties,the supply side has the problems that the industry concentration increases and education monopoly needs to be prevented,training time is compressed and resource allocation efficiency decreases,compliance costs increase and cash flow is under pressure;while on the demand side,there are problems such as non-standard teach-ing,safety risks,taking the opportunity to raise prices,overtime charges,and anxiety marketing.The development strategies are put forward,in order to upgrade the supply side:The paper proposes to promote the upgrading of the supply side,meet the good needs of the demand side,and optimize the policy of coordinated development of supply and demand.
