Development Path of Local Sports Federation in Its Hub Function in View of Corporatism
The hubization of sports federations is a new attempt to promote the construction of a modernized sports power in China and to practice the social system concept of"common construction,common governance and sharing".With the theoretical perspec-tive of corporatism and the dual structure of the state-society as the entry point,the research methods of field research and question-naires have been used to analyze the development path of the hubization of local sports federation.The study finds that the functions of local sports federation have changed significantly in the process of development,passing through three stages:exercising official functions,weakening functions and repositioning hubization functions.In order to give full play to the bridge function of sports feder-ation,the construction dilemmas of sports federations themselves,sports administrations and sports social organizations,the envi-ronment and the system are analyzed from three aspects:the subject,the object and the mediator.It is proposed that the innovation and development of pivotal social organizations in the new era should be examined comprehensively with the state-society dichotomy as the entry point,and the theoretical ideas of corporatism should be applied to promote the friendly interaction and virtuous circle a-mong the government,pivotal sports social organizations and social organizations.
