Practical Study of Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and Universities Based on Multiple Intelligences Theory
As an important component of physical education in colleges and universities,aerobics program plays an important role in cultivating students'comprehensive ability,improving their comprehensive quality and promoting their overall development.Based on the theory of multiple intelligences,the paper constructs the teaching program of aerobic gymnastics in colleges and universities,conducts specific teaching experiments,and compares and analyzes the teaching effects of multiple intelligences teaching and tradi-tional teaching according to the experimental data.The results show that compared with the traditional teaching mode,the multiple intelligences teaching mode can help students to improve their various intelligences,especially for the promotion of students'inter-personal intelligence,musical intelligence,introspection intelligence and motor intelligence.In addition,in terms of students'pro-fessional theoretical knowledge,movement skills and creative ability,there is also a significant difference between the teaching effect of multiple intelligences teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode,and the distribution of students'scores in the experimental group is better than that of students in the general group.
