摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,探究"智能+"时代体育产业高质量发展的逻辑架构、要素协同及数字治理.研究认为,体育产业高质量发展的逻辑架构是发展目标多向度、基本结构集成化和运行逻辑智能化;要素协同表现为科技创新要素、数据资源要素、产品创新要素、体育人才要素和渠道创新要素的协同共促;数字治理路径包括数字治理主体双向触达、数字治理能力精准配置、数字治理制度精准供给和数字治理结构靶向施策.
Abstract
By using methods such as literature study and expert interviews,the paper explores the logical structure,element collabo-ration and digital governance of high-quality development of sports industry in the era of"intelligence+".The study concludes that the logical structure of the high-quality development of the sports industry is multi-directional development goals,integrated basic structure and intelligent operation logic;the synergy of elements manifests itself in the synergy of scientific and technological innova-tion elements,data resource elements,product innovation elements,sports talent elements and channel innovation elements;the dig-ital governance path includes the targeting of the digital governance structure,the precise supply of the digital governance system,the precise configuration of the digital governance capacity and the two-way reach of the digital governance subject.
