摘要
选取厦门市作为典型个案,探讨数字赋能城市社区老年人健身服务供给问题.调查目前厦门市社区老年人健身服务的发展态势,主要表现为服务供给主体多元化、服务供给方式一体化、服务供给内容精准化、服务供给效果可视化和服务供给保障制度化.梳理厦门市老年人健身服务供给体系的构成,具体包括"运动处方门诊"模块、"智慧健身房"模块、"社区公益智慧体育空间"模块.基于厦门市的个案分析,发现目前城市社区老年人健身服务供给存在制度保障建设有待完善、数字技术供给有待提升、多元协同共治有待形成、健康服务供给有待普及等问题.建议完善制度建设、扩展数字技术、推进组织协调、优化运行机制,进一步保障城市社区老年人健身服务供给.
Abstract
Xiamen City was selected as a typical case to explore the issue of digitally empowered urban community fitness service pro-vision for the elderly.The current development of community fitness services for the elderly in Xiamen City is investigated,which is mainly manifested in the diversification of service supplying subjects,integration of service supplying methods,precision of service supplying contents,visualization of service supplying effects,and institutionalization of service supplying guarantee.The composition of the fitness service supply system for the elderly in Xiamen City is summarized,including the"exercise prescription clinic"module,the"intelligent gym"module,and the"community public welfare intelligent sports space"module.Based on the case study of Xia-men City,it is found that there are problems in the provision of services for the elderly in the urban community,such as the need to improve the construction of the system,the need to improve the provision of digital technology,the need to form a multi-dimensional collaborative governance,and the need to popularize the provision of health services.It is recommended to improve the system con-struction,expand digital technology,promote organization and coordination,and optimize the operation mechanism to further guar-antee the supply of fitness services for the elderly in urban communities.
