Holistic Provision of Public Services for National Fitness in Digital Countryside Construction:Logical Thoughts and Realistic Approach
The integration of digital technology innovation and rural national fitness public services is an important way to break the"urban-rural divide"and promote the equalization of urban and rural national fitness public services.The study concludes that in the construction of digital countryside,the theory of holistic governance and the value logic of rural national fitness public service provi-sion are deeply compatible,and the paper sketches out the should-be-actual picture of the holistic provision of rural national fitness public service based on the above theory and with the help of the concepts,tools and rules of digital technology.The path of imple-mentation is proposed from three levels,namely,integration of governmental organizations,multidimensional supply and demand matching,and synergy of interest mechanisms.It is proposed to start up the cooperation among rural fitness public service supply organizations,to promote the construction of digital community of rural fitness public service,and to strengthen the systematic oper-ation of rural fitness public service supply.
