The paper analyzes the conceptual connotation and developmental status of comprehensive community sports clubs in Ja-pan,and then summarizes their developmental experience and provides insights into the development of community sports clubs in China.The study concludes that the development experience of Japan's comprehensive community sports clubs is as follows:"public welfare"and"win-win"go hand in hand to enhance the public welfare of the cause;it is necessary to deepen the cultivation of clubs and make full use of sports facilities,enhance the collaboration of regional centers and comprehensively support the sports cause,have various membership fees to enrich the variety of sports,develop a strict training system and improve the professional certifica-tion process,expand funding sources to maintain the operation of clubs and develop a policy of a strong sports nation to promote the revitalization of sports in a comprehensive manner.Japan's comprehensive sports clubs have the following inspirations for the devel-opment of community sports clubs in China:it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of the"public welfare"attribute of com-munity sports clubs,open up school stadiums to expand the input of stadiums,promote the development of community sports clubs through multi-dimensional synergy,reduce the cost of membership to guarantee the supply of public sports services,strengthen the supervision of community sports clubs,strengthen the supervision of community sports clubs,expand the sources of funding for community sports clubs,and refine the relevant policies on the development of community sports clubs.
