Logical Mechanism and Realization Path of"Three Disciplines"to Help College Students'Sports Life from Perspective of Healthy China
As the main way for college students to receive physical education,higher education plays an important role in promoting the process of Healthy China.Based on the real-life dilemma of college students'physical education,the paper explores the logical basis,mechanism and realization path of the"Three Disciplines"(Other Discipline,Group Discipline,and Self-Discipline)that help college students'physical education behaviors develop.The paper finds that the lack of sports skills and experience,the lag in the transformation of the value of ideal education in schools,and the constraints on the time period of physical capital investment are the real factors affecting students'sports lifestyle.The logical mechanism and realization path of the"Three Disciplines"to help college students'sports living are as follows:"Three Discipline"as an organic unified whole,the logical relationship of the three is reflected in the fact that"Other Discipline"is the institutional basis of Self-Discipline,"Group Discipline"is the special expression of"Other Discipline",and"Group Discipline"is the important condition for"Other Discipline"to play its role.The formation of sports behav-ior needs to go through the process of"Other Discipline"-"Group Discipline"-"Self Discipline"."Other Discipline"promotes college students'acquisition of sports knowledge and skills and the formation of sports and health cognition in the form of the externality of reinforcing rules;"Group Discipline"promotes college students'acquisition of sports knowledge and skills and the formation of sports and health cognition in the form of clustering;and"Self-Discipline"achieves the construction of self-behavior in the form of in-ternalization,promoting college students'active participation in the management of their own sports and health and completing the realization of their own value.
