建筑结构设计优化措施与技术探讨

随着我国建筑业的飞速发展,传统的房屋建筑结构设计已经无法满足当今社会对于建筑功能多样化、个性化的需求.基于新时代环境下将安全、经济、合理、高效作为对建筑结构设计评价的基本标准,建议从建筑、结构、施工、节能环保等多个方面综合考虑,进行建筑结构优化,在保证质量的基础上,设计出同时具备安全、实用、美观、节能的科学合理的建筑结构设计方案.同时,通过采用新型项目管理模式,引入BIM、参数化设计等先进分析技术,选用装配式建筑结构等方法实现对建筑结构设计的优化.
Discussion on Measures and Technologies for Optimizing Building Structure Design
With the rapid development of China's construction industry,traditional building structural design can no longer meet the diverse and personalized needs of today's society for building functions.In the new era environment,safety,economy,rationality,and efficiency are the basic standards for the evaluation ofbuildingstructuraldesign.Therefore,building structureop-timizationshould be carried outfrommultiple aspects such as architecture,structure,construc-tion,energy conservation,and environmental protectionso as to work outscientific and reasonable building structural design plansthat are safe,practical,beautiful,and energy-savingon the basis of ensuring quality.The optimization of building structural design is achieved by adopting a new project management mode,introducing advanced analysis technologies such as BIM and paramet-ric design,and selecting prefabricated building structures.
