Research on the Influence of Fibers on the Seismic Performance of Fly Ash Recycled Hollow Walls
In order to study the seismic performance of recycled concrete walls with added fly ash,quasi-static loading tests were conducted on a fly ash recycled concrete hollow shear wall. The relationship between the force and displacement of the wall from the beginning of stress to deformation was obtained. The corresponding hysteresis curves, skeleton curves, stiffness degra-dation curves, etc.of concrete with the addition of non fiber, polypropylene fiber, and polypro-pylene steel mixed fiber were compared. The results indicate that the walls made of recycled con-crete with added mixed fiber fly ash have advantages such as high stiffness, light weight, and good seismic performance, which meet the seismic requirements. This indicates that the recycled concrete large hollow walls with added fly ash can be applied to ordinary low rise buildings.
