摘要
为了适应山西电力市场的发展，山西省电力公司建设了电力市场交易运营系统，实现了交易管理、合同管理、市场成员注册、结算管理等功能的全系统管理。后期增加了特高压交易，可定制的报表工具，考虑前期完成情况的等进度月度计划编制等功能。经过五年的不断完善扩充，系统在稳定性、易用性、实用性方面获得了极大提升，成为山西电力市场开展各类交易的基本平台。
Abstract
In order to adapt to the development of the electricity market in Shanxi,Shanxi province electric power company building the market operation system, to realize the full system management, transaction management, contract management, market clearing member registration, management and other functions. The latter increased the UHV trading, customizable re-porting tools,consider the completion of pre schedule monthly planning functions. After five years of continuous improvement of expansion, system stability, ease of use, the utility of the obtained greatly, become the basic platform of Shanxi electric power market transaction.
