摘要
本文在阐述高校专利转化的研究背景及意义的基础上,以辽宁省属S大学为例,通过对近 6 年的专利转化趋势、专利质量对转化影响以及专利转化技术领域等进行分析,梳理出S大学专利转化特征及存在的问题,为高校专利成果转化及学科发展提供参考.
Abstract
On the basis of elaborating on the research background and significance of patent transformation in universities,taking Liaoning Provincial S University as an example,by analyzing the trend of patent transformation in the past six years,the impact of patent quality on the transformation and the technical field of patent transformation,the characteristics and problems of patent transformation of S University are sorted out,providing reference for the university patent transformation achievements and discipline development.
