Study on the University Invention Patent Transfer in Sichuan-Chongqing Region
This paper points out that in the context of building the"Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle",the economic development of the Sichuan-Chongqing region has ushered in new opportunities;economic development is inseparable from innovation,and universities not only accumulate a large amount of intellectual property rights,but also gather sci-tech talents and advanced equipments,which are important for achieving high-quality development.This paper takes the invention patents of universities in Sichuan-Chongqing region as the research object,and uses InCopat to retrieve the invention patent application and transfer data of 204 universities,analyzes the transfer trends,transfer types and transfer networks of the top 50 universities in terms of the number of patents,and finds that there is a serious time lag in the transfer of invention patents in Sichuan-Chongqing region universities,few breakthroughs in the field of high precision technology,obvious disparities in transfer between different universities,and most universities and enterprises have not yet formed a stable cooperation model.
