Reflection on Education and Training in the Construction Industry Under the Background of Industry-Education Integration
This paper points out that under the background of industry-education integration,there have been new changes in the education and training work in the construction industry.Traditional education and training modes cannot meet the development needs of the construction industry and the learning needs of students.Therefore,this paper proposes that improving and innovating education and training modes are conducive to building high-quality education and training classrooms,enabling students to master more professional knowledge and to improve professional skills,and promote the development of the construction industry towards a better direction.This paper first elaborates on the current situation of education and training in the construction industry;then analyzes the advantages of the new offline+online hybrid training mode;finally,from the aspects of analyzing education and training needs,strengthening online personalized training,and strengthening offline group centralized training,the key points of education and training in the construction industry under the background of industry-education integration are studied.
