Research on the Development Mechanism of Sci-tech Talents in the New Era
In the context of the international environment of intense competition for global sci-tech talents and the national implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and SWOT theory,this paper analyzes the career development needs of the main body of sci-tech talents in the new era and the pros and cons of the development of Chinese sci-tech talents.Finally,it puts forward through the strategies,such as optimizing the environment of sci-tech talents,deepening the reform of the development system of sci-tech talents,increasing capital investment,making multi-joint efforts and so on,so as to provide theoretical support for attracting talents and wisdom in each region and the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with talents.
