Discussion on Rural Ecological Environment Governance Strategies Under the Background of"Dual Carbon"
China's proposal of the"dual carbon"goals not only demonstrates the responsibility of a major country and embodies the specific manifestation of ecological civilization construction,but also promotes the sustainable development of society in China.Rural areas are important levers for implementing the"dual carbon"goals,and strengthening the exploration and governance of rural ecological environment has certain value.This paper explores the strategies for rural ecological environment governance under the background of"dual carbon"from four aspects:improving relevant environmental system construction,clarifying departmental management responsibilities,theoretical and technological research,and diversified governance models,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of rural ecological environment.
