In view of the problems of low green space rate,single plant community level and poor plant diversity existing in the green belt landscape of the main and secondary trunk roads in urban area,this paper has designed the green belt from the aspects of plant selection,static landscape and dynamic landscape,determined the method of plant selection for the sidewalk green belt and the car divided green belt,and optimized the dynamic and static green belt landscape of the main and secondary trunk roads,so as to maximize the function of the green belt landscape of the main and secondary trunk roads in urban area and enhance the overall image of the city.
