Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Construction Project Schedule Management
In order to solve the problems in construction schedule management,such as low management efficiency and unreasonable management methods,the introduction of BIM technology can solve these problems to a certain extent and improve management efficiency.Firstly,this paper summarizes the BIM technology and construction schedule management,summarizes the problems existing in traditional construction schedule management,and analyzes the advantages of the application of BIM technology in construction schedule management;secondly,the application of BIM technology in construction project construction schedule management is discussed,and the specific process of applying BIM technology to construction schedule management is summarized;finally,the relevant conclusions of this study are given:the application of BIM technology in construction project construction schedule management is generally feasible,providing a new method for construction schedule management.
