In this study,a lean management system of engineering cost consultation combined with Hall three-dimensional structure is proposed,and the problems of insufficient information integration and immature digital service system are solved by using building information model technology,which promotes the lean management of engineering cost consultation.The results show that the system can not only save resources and improve efficiency,but also accurately achieve the goal of integrating project value-added and project consulting services.The research results can be applied to the engineering cost consulting industry.
