摘要

为了应对我国城市化进程的不断发展和城市火灾防控的难度不断增大,满足消防安全和防火设计的高要求,本文针对BIM技术的特点和优势,将其应用于高层建筑物的消防安全管理,能够提升消防安全管理的效率,从而达到对城市火灾进行防控的目的.通过对BIM技术在高层建筑消防安全管理中应用的特点和存在的问题进行了深入的分析和研究后,总结出了3个可以提高消防安全管理的工作质量和工作效率的理论模型,并通过具体的工程案例,采用BIM技术模拟了火灾中人员的逃生全过程.

Abstract

In order to cope with the continuous development of urbanization in China and the increasing difficulty of urban fire prevention and control,and to meet the high requirements of fire safety and fire design,this paper applies BIM technology to the fire safety management of high-rise buildings based on its characteristics and advantages,which can improve the efficiency of fire safety management and achieve the goal of urban fire prevention and control.After in-depth analysis and research on the characteristics and existing problems of BIM technology in high-rise building fire safety management,three theoretical models that can improve the quality and efficiency of fire safety management are summarized.Through specific engineering cases,BIM technology is used to simulate the entire process of personnel evacuation in a fire.
