With the sustained and rapid development of China's construction industry,the number of new projects is also on the rise.Civil engineering is a fundamental component of construction projects,characterized by complex construction processes,extensive content,and high workload.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive management of on-site construction and take effective measures to solve the problems existing in on-site management.This paper analyzes the importance and work content from the perspective of civil engineering construction on-site management,and explores the existing problems.
