摘要

本文提出了一种多褶皱页岩环境下新型隧道防塌方开挖装置及其相应的施工技术.首先,分析了多褶皱页岩环境下隧道塌方风险的特点和原因;然后,介绍了新型开挖装置的结构、工作原理、施工技术和措施;最后,以塞尔维亚E763 高速公路项目为例,验证了新型开挖装置及施工技术在实际工程中的应用效果.

Abstract

This paper proposes a new type of tunnel anti-collapse excavation device and corresponding construction technology in a pleated shale environment.Firstly,the characteristics and reasons of tunnel collapse risk in pleated shale environments are analyzed;then,the structure,working principle,construction technology,and measures of the new excavation device are introduced;finally,taking the E763 highway project in Serbia as an example,the application effect of the new excavation device and construction technology in practical engineering is verified.
