Based on the comprehensive analysis of the open sharing policy of large scientific research instruments and equipments,this paper expounds the outstanding problems existing in the current large scientific research instruments and equipments,and puts forward the corresponding solutions and countermeasures.It provides new ideas for improving the efficiency of scientific research instruments and equipments,better serving scientific research,improving the professional quality of talents,and promoting local economic and social development.
