摘要
为进一步提升辽宁省科技创新平台的整体建设运行水平,更好地发挥各类科技创新平台支撑创新发展的重要作用,围绕辽宁省科技创新平台运行的实际情况,以省级科技创新平台年度运行报告数据为基础,从建设布局、研发条件、科研及成果产出的角度,分析研究了辽宁省科技创新平台建设运行的现状,从技术创新、成果推广、资金支持、人才支持、开放合作 5 个方面提出促进辽宁省科技创新平台高质量运行发展的对策建议.
Abstract
In order to further improve the overall construction and operation level of the sci-tech innovation platform in Liaoning Province,and better play the important role of various sci-tech innovation platforms in supporting innovation development,based on the actual situation of the operation of the sci-tech innovation platform in Liaoning Province,and based on the annual operation report data of the provincial sci-tech innovation platform,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of the construction and operation of the sci-tech innovation platform in Liaoning Province from the perspectives of construction layout,research and development conditions,scientific research,and achievement output,proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality operation and development of Liaoning Province's sci-tech innovation platform from five aspects:technological innovation,achievement promotion,financial support,talent support,and open cooperation.
