摘要

本文以文献调查法为主,辅以网络调查,对国内 20 所"双一流"建设高校图书馆知识产权信息服务(以下简称高校产权信息服务)开展调研和分析,包括知识咨询、教育培训、专利查新、专利检索、专利导航 5 个方面,发现高校产权信息服务面临的障碍和难题,为高校产权信息服务的发展提供指南和建议,促进高校产权服务的不断发展壮大.

Abstract

This paper mainly uses literature survey method,supplemented by online survey,to conduct research and analysis on the intellectual property information services of 20"Double First Class"construction university libraries in China(hereinafter referred to as university property information services),including knowledge consulting,education and training,patent novelty search,patent retrieval,and patent navigation.It discovers the obstacles and difficulties faced by university property information services,to provide guidance and suggestions for the development of university property information services,and to promote the continuous growth and expansion of university property information services.
