Research on the Organizational Learning to Promote Breakthrough Innovation of Enterprises from the Perspective of Dynamic Capabilities
Based on organizational learning theory and dynamic capability theory,this paper analyzes the formation and evolution process of dynamic capabilities such as perception and insight ability,resource integration ability,and innovation and change ability of enterprises in the context of the digital economy.From the perspective of dynamic capability,it analyzes the impact mechanism of organizational learning and dynamic capability on breakthrough innovation of enterprises,enriching organizational learning theory and dynamic capability theory in the new organizational context,so as to provide theoretical guidance for enhancing the breakthrough innovation capability of enterprises and carrying out breakthrough innovation activities.
