In order to solve the problems of inadequate understanding of life education,unreasonable curriculum design,single teaching content,ineffective teaching methods,and incomplete teaching resources in vocational colleges,this paper takes the idea of high-quality development as a guide,explores the connotation of life education,analyzes the logic and value of the coupling of life education and general education courses,and proposes four implementation paths for improving life education in vocational colleges,in order to achieve the coordinated development of life education and general education courses.
