This paper points out that enterprises are the main body in developing a low-carbon economy to achieve the goal of"dual carbon",and the combing and summarizing of the research on the low-carbon competitiveness of enterprises can clarify the context of development and provide a certain reference for the theoretical research and empirical analysis of enterprises'low-carbon competitiveness.The influencing factors of enterprises'low-carbon competitiveness can be divided into internal factors and external factors,internal factors mainly are the resource base,management ability and technological innovation of enterprises,and external factors mainly are the government and market.It is found that the evaluation index system of enterprises'low-carbon competitiveness is not perfect,and the evaluation method is mainly objective evaluation method,furthermore,this paper looks forward to the direction of in-depth research on low-carbon competitiveness of enterprises in the future.
