This paper studies county-level land spatial planning based on performance evaluation system,analyzes the significance and existing problems of county-level land spatial planning implementation evaluation,and proposes a construction plan for county-level land spatial planning implementation evaluation index system.On the basis of evaluating the consistency of planning implementation,a performance planning implementation evaluation index system is established.Taking the application of the performance evaluation system for land spatial planning in Guiding County as an example,a systematic and scientific evaluation of the performance of planning implementation is carried out,providing guidance for the current formulation of county-level land spatial planning implementation evaluation.
