Evaluation of Automobile Sales Service Quality——A Case Study of Qianxinan Prefecture Market
Nowadays,the development scale of China's automobile industry is becoming larger and larger,and the sales and service industry of automobiles is also developing rapidly.Car sales services occupy a major position in the car purchasing process,as they can reflect the customer's sense of experience.In order to promote the development of the automotive enterprise market in Qianxinan Prefecture,this paper focuses on the evaluation of automotive service quality,supported by pre-sales,during sales,and after-sales service data.This paper constructs the influencing factors and indicator system for the evaluation of automotive sales service quality,uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to evaluate the quality of automotive sales service,constructs a judgment matrix to obtain the weight ranking of automotive sales service quality indicators,and proposes countermeasures that are conducive to improving the performance of the automotive sales service industry and improving the quality of automotive sales services.This study has certain significance in enhancing the sales products of automobiles and the market competitiveness of automobile enterprises in Qianxinan Prefecture.
