摘要

针对自翻车侧开门生产试制过程中产生的合页转轴孔同轴度超差、侧门板旁弯超差、开关门整车联调试验受影响等质量问题,从工装、操作方法等方面进行了探索并制定了相应的控制措施,以保证产品质量符合图纸技术要求,为保证产品正常交货期提供了有力支撑.

Abstract

Aiming at the quality problems such as the coaxiality deviation of the folding rotary hole,side door panel side bending over tolerance,affecting the joint adjustment test of open and close door,etc.,during the trial production of the side-open door of the self-overturning vehicle,the corresponding control measures are explored and made from the aspects of tooling,operation method and so on,so as to ensure product quality in line with the drawings and technical requirements,and to provide strong support for ensuring the normal delivery of products.
