为研究基质中含油量对黑水虻体内营养成分及基质转换率的影响,设置不同含油量基质:5.3%、8.2%、11.3%、16.2%.结果表明:黑水虻对不同含油量基质的转化率各试验组差异不显著,最高在 5.3%试验组,达 86.66%;不同含油量基质对黑水虻体内营养成分含量有一定影响,水分含量最高达 65.45%,各试验组间存在显著差异;8.2%试验组的灰分含量最高,5.3%试验组含量最低;总糖含量最高达 6.08 g/100 g,最低为 4.69 g/100 g,各试验组间差异未达显著水平;脂肪含量最高的是 16.2%试验组,与其他试验组相比差异显著;总蛋白含量最高的是 16.2%试验组;总黄酮在各试验组含量差异不显著.
In order to study the effect of oil content in the matrix on the nutrient composition and matrix conversion rate of Hermitia Illucens,different oil content matrices are set up:5.3%,8.2%,11.3%,16.2%.The results show that the conversion rate of Hermitia Illucens to different oil content matrices is not significantly different in each experimental group,and the highest is 86.66%in the experimental group of 5.3%.Different oil content substrates have a certain effect on the nutrient content of Hermitia Illucens,and the water content is as high as 65.45%,and there are significant differences between the experimental groups.The 8.2%test group has the highest ash content and the 5.3%test group has the lowest ash content;The maximum total sugar content is 6.08 g/100 g,and the lowest is 4.69 g/100 g,and the difference between the test groups does not reach a significant level.The highest fat content is in the 16.2%trial group,which is significantly different compared with other test groups;the highest total protein content is in the 16.2%experimental group;the content of total flavonoids in the experimental groups is not significantly different.
