随着电动汽车的快速发展与应用,无序充电对电网安全运行造成较大的压力.电动汽车有序充电可根据主站下发的电动汽车充电负荷指导曲线以及各类负荷预测数据,结合台区实时负荷信息和各充电桩充电情况,通过本地控制策略算法,对充电订单进行合理的计划编排,充分发挥能源控制器的本地自治功能,对台区内充电桩进行实时调度,有效降低电动汽车充电对电网的负面影响,为电网运行更安全、管理更精益、投资更精准、服务更优质开辟一条新路径.
Technical Scheme for Information Interaction Between Station Area Energy Controller and Charge Point Intelligent Controller
With the rapid development and application of electric vehicles,unordered charging will exert great pressure on power grid operation.Orderly charging of electric vehicles can be conducted according to the electric vehicle charging load guidance curve and various load prediction data issued by the main station,combined with the real-time load information of the station area and the charging situation of each charging pile,through the local control strategy algorithm,the charging order can be reasonably planned and arranged,and the local autonomous function of the energy controller can be fully utilized for real-time scheduling of charging piles in the station area.Effectively reduce the negative impact of electric vehicles charging on the power grid,and open up a new path for safer operation,leaner management,more precise investment,and better service.
