This paper proposes the method of the variation of rainfall time distribution uniformity based on Lorenz curve,to provide rainfall distribution data for agriculture in Xinjiang.Based on the principle of Lorenz curve and the Gini coefficient and Lorenz asymmetry coefficient,the evaluation model of rainfall time distribution uniformity is established.Taking Xinjiang as the research object,the results show that the Gini coefficient of rainfall time distribution in Xinjiang in 2006,2016 and 2018 is large,and the distribution of rainfall time is not uniform.
