In order to optimize and improve and efficiently utilize the utilization rate and conversion rate of agricultural water resources,this paper attempts to use the Miami climate productivity model in modern computer technology as a tool to simulate and calculate the water-saving effect and water resource utilization rate of two crops under different water-saving irrigation technologies in different regions(villages)of several provinces in northwest China,and subsequently proposes corresponding optimization strategies,hoping to provide inspiration and assistance to researchers in related fields.
