In order to explore the correlation between risk perception level and violation behavior of civil aviation security inspection teams,a risk perception evaluation model for civil aviation security inspectors is established based on a risk perception questionnaire.166 data from a certain airport security inspection station are used as sample data, and SPSS is used for correlation analysis to obtain the correlation between risk perception level and violation behavior. The results shows that there is a significant positive correlation between risk tolerance and violation behavior,a significant positive correlation between dangerous attitude and violation behavior,an insignificant correlation between risk perception and violation behavior,a significant negative correlation between risk tolerance and risk perception, and no significant negative correlation between risk tolerance and risk perception and dangerous attitude. Therefore, the research results can provide objective basis for selecting suitable security inspectors for airports,so as to realize dynamic management of operational risk of civil aviation security inspectors.
