From the current situation of project management in construction sites of construction engineering,there are many problems that have an impact on construction quality and progress,and may even threaten the personal safety of construction personnel.To this end,the relevant regulations on project management in construction sites of construction engineering are first introduced,and the basic points of project management in construction sites of construction engineering are proposed,the existing problems in project management in construction sites of construction engineering are analyzes,and optimization measures for project management in construction sites of construction engineering are explores through engineering examples.The aim is to improve the quality of construction engineering,ensure construction progress,and provide reference for relevant personnel.
