Material Management of Construction Enterprises Based on Value Chain Integration
This paper pointed out that construction enterprises involve a lot of material management in the construction of specific projects,the pressure of cost control is increasing,and profit acquisition space is constantly compressed.In order to promote the value validity of material management of enterprises,this paper uses the literature review method,observation method and other basic research methods to study,and it can be found that the material management based on the value chain integration has great advantages,and many construction enterprises have made corresponding management attempts.However,the material management based on the value chain integration is not mature,and the management practice is prone to many deficiencies.Therefore,this paper specifically analyzes the current situation of material management of construction enterprises based on value chain integration,and put forward more effective management strategies combined with the actual situation.
