In order to cater to the development of digital economy and the continuous change of innovation market environment.Based on the theory of dynamic capabilities,this paper expounds the correlation between open innovation,dynamic capabilities,and the improvement of innovation performance in SMEs,further analyzes the role of open innovation and dynamic capabilities on the promotion of enterprise innovation performance,and proposes the path of open innovation to enhance SMEs'innovation performance under the development of digital economy.
