Nondestructive Testing Method of Negative Pressure Wave Pipeline Based on CUSUM Algorithm
This paper points out that salt chemical enterprises mainly use salt brine as raw materials for production,long-distance transportation has become an important way in production,but long-distance salt brine pipeline as the main way of transportation is prone to damage,so it is necessary to carry out nondestructive testing on transportation pipelines;the current domestic detection pipeline leakage detection technology started late,negative pressure wave as the mainstream detection technology is difficult to accurately detect small leaks.Aiming at the problem,in this paper,a negative pressure wave detection technology based on CUSUM algorithm is proposed to improve the shortcomings of traditional negative pressure wave detection,and has a good feedback effect on small leaks,which is convenient for the positioning of negative pressure wave detection,and has good engineering practical significance.
